When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, along with any details you type about your project. We only ask for what we need to answer you and quote the work.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, arrange a time to see the space, prepare a quote and carry out the work. We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to anyone else except the service providers below who help us run the business.
Who handles your enquiry
Enquiries submitted on this site are delivered by email through Resend, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both process the information solely so the enquiry reaches us. The site is built and maintained for us by MP Launch, who may see enquiry data in the course of supporting the website.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics and privacy-friendly Vercel analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people look at and how the site performs. This is aggregate information about site usage, not something we use to identify you personally.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep enquiry records only as long as we reasonably need them for the job and our own records. If you'd like a copy of what we hold about you, or you'd like it deleted, email us at info@medusastylevp.com.au or call 0413 402 298 and we'll sort it out.
